1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and booking through KOOL TOUR AND TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

2. Booking & Payments

• A minimum advance payment of 30% is required to confirm any booking.
• The full balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to the travel date.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in currency or taxes.

3. Travel Documents

It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and health certificates required for the journey. KOOL TOUR AND TRAVELS will not be responsible if entry is denied by any country's authorities.

4. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, political unrest, or natural disasters. In such cases, alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided where possible.
